Bacharel em Direito - UFES. Especialista em Ciência Policial e Investigação Criminal pela Coordenação de Altos Estudos de Segurança Pública da Escola Superior de Polícia Federal - ESP/ANP/PF. Atuou como Professor e Coordenador de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Penais e Segurança Pública - UVV, no ano 2018-2019. Na defesa da dissertação de mestrado, conquistou o grau APROVAÇÃO COM DISTINÇÃO. Ministrou a disciplina Direito Processual Penal V (Processo de Execução Penal) na UFES. Ministrou palestras em diversas Instituição de Ensino Superior (FARESE, FAVENI, Rede Doctum, CESV, outras), assim como para instituições policiais (PM, PC, outras). Atuou também como professor de diversos cursos na Academia Nacional da Polícia Federal. Foi o idealizador e o coordenador do Plano de Informatização da Policia Federal no Espírito Santo, ocasião em que fundou o primeiro Núcleo de Informática da instituição, em 1987. Desenvolveu vários projetos de modernização, inclusive o Plano de Estruturação da Área de Tecnologia da Informação junto à Direção-Geral da Polícia Federal em Brasília/DF, no ano de 2002. Participou de inúmeras investigações ao longo de 30 anos na atividade de polícia de investigação e administrativa da União conquistando aposentadoria especial voluntária na Polícia Federal, em 2013. É habilitado ao magistério superior como Professor de Direito Constitucional, Direito Penal, Direito Processual Penal e Segurança Pública. Conselheiro Estadual de Segurança Pública - COESP/ES. Conselheiro Municipal de Segurança Urbana de Vitória - COMSU/ES.

Master of Criminal Procedural Law, Specialist in Constitutional Law and Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Espírito Santo - UFES. Specialist Police Science and Criminal Investigation by Coordination of Advanced Public Security Studies at the Higher College of Federal Police - ESP/ANP/PF. He served as Professor and Coordinator of Post-Graduation in Criminal Sciences and Public Security at Vila Velha University - UVV, in the year 2018-2020. He has lectured at various institutions of higher education (FARESE, FAVENI, Rede Doctum, CESV, others), as well as for police institutions (PM, PC, others). He is a Professor of Constitutional Law at FAVIVA College of Vitória. In defense of the dissertation, he was earned the degree APPROVAL WITH HONOR. He taught discipline Criminal Procedural Law V (Execution of Criminal Procedure) in UFES. He was also worked as a teacher in twice courses at the National Academy of the Federal Police. He was the creator and coordinator of Network Computerization Plan of the Federal Police in the Espírito Santo State, when he founded the first Center for Informatics of the institution, in 1987 . Developed twice modernization projects in the public service, including the Area Structuring Telematics Plan by the General Directorate of the Federal Police in Brasília/DF, in 2002 . During the last time, he participated in many investigations over 30 years in the activity of administrative and judicial police of the Union and He won a special retirement volunteers, in 2013.
