Aluízio Rodrigues Lana

Graduado em Direito (2002) e Mestre em Teoria do Direito (2008) pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, se dedica especialmente às áreas de Filosofia do Direito, Ética e Hermenêutica Jurídica. Foi docente nos cursos de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), da Universidade Presidente Antônio Carlos (UNIPAC), do Centro Universitário Newton Paiva e da Faculdade de Minas (FAMINAS), ministrando diversas disciplinas, dentro de sua área de atuação. Atuou como advogado, de 2003 a 2021, com experiência na área cível, especialmente Direito de Família, Sucessório, Imobiliário e Direito Notarial e Registral. Atualmente, é Oficial Registrador da Serventia de Registro de Imóveis da Comarca de Eugenópolis/MG e acadêmico de Medicina na Faminas (Faculdade de Minas), campus Muriaé/MG.

Graduated in Law (2002) and Master in Theory of Law (2008) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, he is especially dedicated to the areas of Philosophy of Law, Ethics and Legal Hermeneutics. He was a professor at the Law courses at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), at the Presidente Antônio Carlos University (UNIPAC), at the Newton Paiva University Center and at the Faculdade de Minas (FAMINAS), teaching various disciplines within his area of acting. He served as a lawyer, from 2003 to 2021, with experience in the civil area, especially Family Law, Inheritance, Real Estate and Notarial and Registry Law. Currently, he is Official Registrar of the Office of Real Estate Registration in the District of Eugenópolis / MG and medical student at Faminas (Faculty of Minas), campus Muriaé / MG.
