At present head of the Department of Food technology and Bioproxcess Engineering - Max Rubner-Institute, Federal Research Institute of Nutrition and Food. Experience in the areas Biochemistry, insbesondere enzymes, genetically modified food, pcr-based detection methods, phytase, polymerase chain reaction, dna-based detection, food nanotechnology and bioprocess engineering.
