Ana Maria Tejada Mendoza

Graduation at Social Worker from Universidad del Valle (2000). Master's degree in School and Human Development Psychology from the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo (2014). During this period was Scholarship for the Agreement Posgraduate Program (PEC-PG) of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). She is currently a PhD candidate in the School Psychology and Human Development Program at USP, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Personnel Improvement Commission (CAPES). Participate as research assistant of multicentric research: Public policies and teaching practice in Latin American countries - Brazil, Cuba and Mexico: Conceptions of learning and development in the first years of schooling, together with researchers from the Interinstitutional Laboratory of Studies and Research in School Psychology - LIEPPE and the Inter-American Program on Integration in Latin America - Prolam / USP in partnership with researchers from the Cátedra Vigotsky of the University of Havana, Department of Educational Research CINVESTAV / IPN / Mexico; of the Ibero-American University of Mexico City; of the Interdisciplinary Training Center of the Federal University of the West of Pará; of the Cruzeiro Do Sul University; the State University of Paraíba and the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He belongs to the research team of the Interinstitutional Laboratory of Studies and Research in School Psychology - LIEPPE. She is the coordinator of the Extension Course: Educators' training networks: Contributions from school psychology to discussion / analysis / study on public policies and schooling practices. Is member of the Nature and Desmedicalization Working Group belonging to the Forum on Medicalization of Education and Society, which as an organization of professionals in the area of health and education has as its principles: * The defense of people who experience medicalization processes; * The defense of Human Rights; * The defense of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent; * The defense of the Right to Public Education, free, democratic, secular, quality and socially referenced for all; * The defense of the Right to Health and defense of the Unified Health System (SUS) and its principles; * Respect for diversity and uniqueness, especially in learning processes; * The valorization of the understanding of the medicalization phenomenon in an interdisciplinary approach; * The appreciation of popular participation popularizing the debate without losing scientific rigor. Area of activity: Orientation and intervention with families and groups; family, school and society relationships; of childhood and education; colonization of knowledge; public policies at the interface between education and health in Latin America.

Licenciada em Serviço Social pela Universidad del Valle-Colômbia (2000). Doutora em Psicologia Escolar e Do Desenvolvimento Humano pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo (2019) y Mestre pelo mesmo programa e universidade (2014), sendo bolsista da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior(CAPES) durante os estudos de doutorado e bolsista do Programa Estudante Convênio Pós-graduação (PEC-PG) do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) durante os estudos de mestrado. Participou como Assistente da pesquisa multicêntrica: Políticas públicas e pratica docente em países de Latino América - Brasil, Cuba e México: Concepções de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento nos primeiros anos de escolarização, junto a pesquisadores do Laboratório Interinstitucional de Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia Escolar- LIEPPE e o Programa de Pós-Graduação Interunidades em Integração da América Latina ? Prolam/USP em parceria com pesquisadores da Cátedra Vigotsky da Universidade de Havana, do Departamento de Investigaciones Educativas CINVESTAV/IPN/México; da Universidad Iberoamericana da Ciudad de México; do Centro de Formação Interdisciplinar da Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará; da Universidade Cruzeiro Do Sul; da Universidade Estadual de Paraíba e da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Pertence à equipe de pesquisadores do Laboratório Interinstitucional de Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia Escolar- LIEPPE. Orienta junto com outros pesquisadores, o Curso de Extensão: Redes de formação de educadores: Contribuições da psicologia escolar para discusão/análise/estudo sobre políticas públicas e práticas de escolarização. Participa do Grupo de Trabalho Natureza e Desmedicalização pertencente ao Fórum Sobre Medicalização da Educação e da Sociedade. Suas linhas de pesquisa são: Processos de medicalização da educação e da infância; relações família escola; colonização do saber; políticas públicas em edução para América Latina.
