Lilian Cristina Corrêa

Graduated in Languages Portuguese-English from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (1994), Master degree in Communication and Languages from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2001) and Doctor degree in Languages from the same institution (2009). Experience as a teacher in language schools and also as a teacher in regular schools concerning the Kindergarten, Elementary and High School levels.Presently working as a full-time teacher, having worked as a Research and Monography Coordinator at Centro de Comunicação e Letras from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with experience in the Language and Literature areas, with emphasis on the English Language, Translation and Literatures in English, mainly dealing with the following study areas: literature, history, ideology, modern fiction, post-modern fiction, dialogism, intertextuality, myth and language. Also worked as a coordinator at Mackenzie Language Center(2015-2020). She is the author of Tituba Revisitada: Condé em reencontro com Miller e Hawthorne, published by Ed. Appris (2014).

Possui Graduação em Letras Português/Inglês pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (1994), Mestrado em Comunicação e Letras pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2001) e Doutorado em Letras pela mesma instituição (2009). Já trabalhou como professora em escolas de idiomas e também tem experiência de ensino em escolas regulares nos Ensinos Infantil, Fundamental e Médio. Atualmente é professora em tempo integral, já tendo exercido a função de Coordenadora de Pesquisa e de Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso do Centro de Comunicação e Letras (CCL) da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM) e também as coordenações administrativa e pedagógica do Mackenzie Language Center (2015-2020). Tem experiência na área de Letras, com ênfase em Língua Inglesa, Tradução e Literaturas de Língua Inglesa, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: literatura, história, ideologia, ficção moderna, ficção pós-moderna, dialogismo, intertextualidade, mito e linguagem. É autora da obra Tituba Revisitada: Condé em reencontro com Miller e Hawthorne, publicada pela Ed. Appris (2014).
