Jonathan Elizondo Orozco

Pesquisador do Instituto Interamericano de Direitos Humanos com Pós-Doutorado pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Tema: "Ética e Direitos Humanos"). Doutor pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Filosofia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, tendo sido orientado pelo Prof. Dr. Darlei Dall´Agnol com quem estudou Wittgenstein e Ética (Foi Bolsista CAPES - Convênio PEC-PG). Mestre em Filosofia do Direito, pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Foi Bolsista CNPQ - Convênio PEC-PG). Graduado em Direito pela Universidade da Costa Rica (2003). Obteve o grau de Licenciado em Direito na Universidade da Costa Rica no ano 2011. Tem experiência na área de Ética, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Bioética, Metaética e Direitos Humanos. Também tem publicações na área da Filosofia do Direito, Filosofia da Linguagem e Ética Aplicada. Atualmente é Coordenador do Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa em "Ética e Direitos Humanos" do Instituto Interamericano de Direitos Humanos em parceria com o Departamento de Direito e o Departamento de Filosofia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Researcher of the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights with a Post-PhD on the project "Ethics and Human Rights" in the Post-Graduate Program in Philosophy of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He coordinates the Study and Research Group on "Ethics and Human Rights" at UFSC and in partnership with the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights. Doctor of the Philosophy Postgraduate Program of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, being tutor by Dr. Darlei Dall'Agnol, with whom he studied Wittgenstein and Ethics, with a CAPES scholarship (as the PEC-PG agreement). Master in Philosophy of Law from the Law Postgraduate Program of the Federal University of Santa Catarina and he was fellow CNPQ scholarship (as the PEC-PG agreement). He has experience in the area of law, with an emphasis on Criminal Law, acting on the following subjects: Criminal Law and Philosophy of Law. He also works with Philosophy of Language and Applied Ethics. Graduated in Law from the University of Costa Rica (2003). He obtained his graduate degree at the University of Costa Rica in 2011.
