Dilza de Mattos Szwarcman

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC-Rio (1982), Master in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio (1986) and Doctorate in Informatics from PUC-Rio (2001). She was technical coordinator of the Computational Intelligence research laboratory at PUC-Rio, for 8 years, where she was responsible for several research and development projects for large companies such as Petrobras and Light. She is currently Adjunct Professor at the State University Center of the West Zone - UEZO and coordinator of the Machine Learning Group at Intelie, where she also coordinates R&D projects in the Oil and Gas area. She works in the Computer Science area, with an emphasis on Support Systems Decision and Applied Computational Intelligence.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC-Rio (1982), Mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pela PUC-Rio (1986) e Doutorado em Informática pela PUC-Rio (2001). Foi coordenadora técnica do laboratório de pesquisa de Inteligência Computacional na PUC-Rio, por 8 anos, onde foi responsável por diversos projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento para grandes empresas como Petrobras e Light. Atualmente é Professora Adjunta do Centro Universitário Estadual da Zona Oeste - UEZO e coordenadora do Grupo de Machine Learning na Intelie, onde também coordena projetos de P&D na área de Óleo e Gás. Atua na área de Ciência da Computação, com ênfase em Sistemas de Apoio à Decisão e Inteligência Computacional Aplicada.
