Silvio Alexandre Fazolli

Doctor in Economic and Social and Environmental Law (research line "Society and Law") from PUCPR (2016); Master in Guardianship of Supra-Individual Rights from the State University of Maringá (2007); postgraduate degree in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development from PUCPR (2004). Graduated in Law from Universidade Paranaense (2001). He is a professor at the undergraduate and specialization courses in Law at the State University of Maringá-UEM (effective professor) and at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná-PUC/PR (adjunct professor). Professor of postgraduate courses at the School of Magistracy of Paraná - EMAP. Currently researching on Public Policies in the Post-Consumer and Judicialization phase.

Doutor em Direito Econômico e Socioambiental (linha de pesquisa "Sociedades e Direito") pela PUCPR (2016); Mestre em Tutela dos Direitos Supra-Individuais pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2007); pós-graduado em Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável junto a PUCPR (2004). Graduação em Direito pela Universidade Paranaense (2001). É professor junto aos cursos de graduação e especialização em Direito da Universidade Estadual de Maringá-UEM (professor efetivo) e da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná-PUC/PR (professor adjunto). Professor de cursos de pós-graduação junto da Escola da Magistratura do Paraná - EMAP. Atualmente pesquisa sobre Políticas Públicas na fase do Pós-Consumo e Judicialização.
