Ex-aluno especial do Mestrado Profissional em Tecnologia de Alimentos, PPGTAL/UTFPR-FB. Graduado em Tecnologia de Alimentos, UTFPR/FB. Foi bolsista do CNPq durante o doutoramento. Foi bolsista CAPES durante o mestrado. Atuou como bolsista do Programa de Educação tutorial (PET), o qual é gerido pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC). Participou como aluno voluntário na Iniciação Científica (2010-2011), junto ao grupo Biocontrole e Segurança Alimentar (BIOSA), trabalhando com microbiologia de fungos e leveduras de interesse em alimentos. Participou como titular junto a Comissão de Avaliação Própria (CPA) da UTFPR-FB. Especialista na produção agrícola de raízes tuberosas, especialmente batata-doce. Atualmente é cientista de dados, com ênfase em processos de qualidade pós-colheita voltado para o agronegócio.

Former special student of the Professional Master's Degree in Food Technology, PPGTAL/UTFPR-FB. Graduated in Food Technology, UTFPR/FB. He was a CNPq fellow during his PhD. He was a CAPES fellow during his master's degree. He served as a fellow of the Tutorial Education Program (PET), which is managed by the Ministry of Education (MEC). He participated as a volunteer student in the Scientific Initiation (2010-2011), with the group Biocontrol and Food Safety (BIOSA), working with microbiology of fungi and yeasts of interest in food. He participated as a member of the Self Assessment Commission (CPA) of the UTFPR-FB. Specialist in the agricultural production of tuberous roots, especially sweet potatoes. He is currently a data scientist, with an emphasis on post-harvest quality processes focused on agribusiness.
