Investigador do Grupo de Pesquisa "Empresa, Consumo y Derecho" (Universidad da Coruña, Espanha). Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa "Direito, Economia e Mercados" (DIREM/UFERSA). Editor-adjunto da Revista Jurídica da UFERSA. Foi Visiting Researcher na Université de Montréal (UdeM, Canadá).
