Graduado em Direito pela UERJ (2004). É membro do MPF desde 2009. Mestre em Direito Processual pela UFES (2016). Mestrando em Digital Currencies e Blockchain pela University of Nicosia (UNIC; 2022-). Professor convidado em cursos de atualização e de pós-graduação. Foi o primeiro Encarregado de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (DPO) no MPF (2021). Professor de capacitações em criptoativos e blockchain para profissionais do Direito desde 2020 (ESMPU, PRES; PRR2; TRT13; TRT14; TJAC; PGFN; OAB). Coordenador do GT Criptoativos do MPF (2021-). Certificado em Blockchain pelo Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT; 2021). Certificado em DeFi (2021), Digital Currencies (2022), NFT Metaverse (2023) pela UNIC. Coordenador do primeiro MBA em Criptoativos e Blockchain do Brasil (UNICAP; 2022-). Certified crypto investigator pela TRMLabs (2023).
