Professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in the Department of Teaching Methodology .- MEN / CED (beginning in July 2018). PhD in Education from the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2012), in the Research Line "Teaching and Training of Educators". He completed part of his doctorate at Eduardo Mondlane University - Center for African Studies, Mozambique - Africa, (2010 - CAPES scholarship). Master in Education in the Line of Learning and Human Development in the Graduate Program in Education at the University of Vale do Itajaí / SC - Univali (2005). He has a specialization in Organization and Reception of Texts by the University of the Region of Joinville / SC (1997). He graduated in Letters from the University of the Region of Joinville (1996). He worked for about 10 years as a teacher of Basic Education. Since 2008, he is a researcher at the Center for Childhood, Communication, Culture and Art (NICA-UFSC) and between 2012 and 2015, participating in the Center for Identity and International Relations Studies (NUER-UFSC), both registered in the Directory of Research Groups from CNPQ. Has experience in the area of Education, with emphasis on Mother Language, Literacy and Literature; Curriculum and training for Basic Education teachers. Between August 2013 and July 2014, she was a temporary professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC - Department of Teaching Methodology. She was a teacher in the NATIONAL LITERACY PROGRAM IN THE RIGHT AGE - PNAIC between April 2013 and December 2014. She worked as a collaborating teacher in the Pedagogy course at the State Development University of Santa Catarina (FAED / UDESC) between July 2013 and July 2017 with disciplines of Didactics, Curriculum, Supervised Internship for Initial Years, Text Production, Literacy and Literacy. Between August 2018 and January 2019, undertake a post-doctoral internship with the Graduate Program in Education at UFSC-CED in the Research: Education and Communication line, unqualified internship for research and further studies on a relationship between violence (spiritual, physical, sexual and moral) committed against girls and women in contexts of religious fundamentalisms. Between February 2014 and December 2019, he participated as a volunteer at the Community Library "Barca dos Livros" (Florianópolis) as a member of the analysis and selection team of works of the National Children's and Youth Book Foundation - F N L I J.

Doutora em Educação pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2012), na Linha de Pesquisa "Ensino e Formação de Educadores". Realizou parte do seu doutoramento na Universidade Eduardo Mondlane - Centro de Estudos Africanos, Moçambique (2010 - bolsista CAPES). É mestre em Educação, na Linha Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento Humano, do Programa de Pós Graduação em Educação da Universidade do Vale do Itajaí/SC - Univali (2005). Tem especialização em Organização e Recepção de Textos pela Universidade da Região de Joinville/SC (1997). É graduada em Letras pela Universidade da Região de Joinville (1996). Gilka Girardello, com a temática: Fundamentalismos religiosos sobre meninas e mulheres: aculturação, violências e o papel da educação. Atualmente, é Pós-doutoranda no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes Cênicas - Universidade de Brasília, sob a supervisão da Professora Doutora Luciana Hartmann. É pesquisadora do Núcleo Infância, Comunicação, Cultura e Arte ( NICA-UFSC), do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Alfabetização e Ensino da Língua Portuguesa (NEPALP) e do Núcleo de Estudos de Identidades e Relações Interétnicas (NUER).
