Graduada em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (1990), Mestre em Fitotecnia (Produção Vegetal) pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1996) e Doutora em Fitotecnia (Produção Vegetal) pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2001). Desde 2003 é professora da Universidade de Rio Verde, na Faculdade de Agronomia e no curso de pós graduação em produção vegetal (strictu sensu). Em 2018 fez pós doutorado na USDA -Pasture Systems and Watershed Management Research Unit, localizada na University Park, Pennsilvania, EUA. Atua na área de nutrição mineral de plantas, fertilidade do solo e manejo de resíduos orgânicos.
Graduated in Agronomy from the Federal University of Lavras (1990), Master in Phytotechnics (Vegetable Production) from the Federal University of Viçosa (1996) and PhD in Phytotechnics (Vegetable Production) from the Federal University of Viçosa (2001). He works in the area of plant mineral nutrition, soil fertility and organic waste management.
