Doutor em Filosofia do Direito pela University of Surrey (Inglaterra). Mestre em Direito, área de concentração em Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito, pela Faculdade de Direito do Largo de São Francisco (FDUSP) e bacharel em Direito pela mesma instituição. Durante o doutorado, fui PhD Research Fellow do Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy (SCLP). Fui bolsista de mestrado pela FAPESP e bolsista PAE em 2017 e 2018. Fui membro do Programa de Ensino Tutorial em Sociologia Jurídica (PET-Sociologia Jurídica/SESU-MEC) e estudante visitante na Universidade de Glasgow (Escócia) durante a graduação. Possuo experiência nas áreas de Teoria Geral e Filosofia do Direito, Filosofia Política, Filosofia Moral, Direitos Fundamentais, Filosofia dos Contratos e Teorias da Responsabilidade. Atualmente sou pesquisador de pós-doutorado na FDUSP, com o projeto "Ação e Responsabilidade na Filosofia do Direito", Research Associate no Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy (SCLP) e trabalho em minha monografia, "Reasons, Respect, and the Law: Jurisprudence as Practical Philosophy" (em contrato com a Hart Publishing/Bloomsbury). Meu livro "Filosofia do Direito - Um Breve Manual" encontra-se no prelo, pela Ed. Letramento. Trabalho também na organização de duas coletâneas, "Filosofia do Direito Contemporânea: Uma Introdução" (co-organizado com Gilberto Morbach) e "Bernard Williams: From Responsibility to Law and Jurisprudence" (co-organizado com Veronica Rodriguez-Blanco). Professor Contratado de Ética e Teorias da Justiça na Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (FDSBC).
PhD in legal Philosophy by the University of Surrey (UK). Master in Law, with emphasis in Philosophy and Legal Theory by the School of Law of the University of Sao Paulo (FDUSP) and Bachelor in Law by the same institution. During my PhD, I was a PhD Research Fellow of the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy (SCLP). I had a Masters Studentship by FAPESP and was a recipient of the PAE Studentship for 2017 and 2018. I was a member of the Tutorial Teaching Program in Legal Sociology (PET-Sociologia Jur./SESU-MEC) and a visiting student at the University of Glasgow (Scotland) as an undergraduate student. I have experience in the fields of Legal Philosophy, Political Philosophy, Moral Philosophy, Fundamental Rights, Philosophy of Contracts and Theories of Responsibility. Currently I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Sao Paulo, with the project "Action and Responsibility in Legal Philosophy", Research Associate at the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy (SCLP) and I am working in my monograph, "Reasons, Respect, and the Law: Jurisprudence as Practical Philosophy" (for Hart Publishing/Bloomsbury). My book "Philosophy of Law - A Brief Handbook" is under contract with Letramento. I am also working in the organisation of two volumes of essays, "Contemporary Legal Philosophy - An Introduction" (with Gilberto Morbach) and "Bernard Williams: From Responsibility to Law and Jurisprudence" (with Veronica Rodriguez-Blanco).
