Has academic background in Psychology from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT 2014-2019), Technologist in Human Resources Management (UNIC 2005-2007) and specialization in People Management and Public Management by the Cuiabano Institute of Education (ICE 2009 - 2010) . He has worked as Coordinator and Manager in the position of People Management Director at the Federal Institute of Acre / IFAC and Training and Qualification Manager (2017-2019) of the Human Development Coordination at the Federal University of Mato Grosso UFMT. Develops research activities concentrated in the area of ​​Organizational and Work Psychology - emphasis on the study of worker health.
