Cláudia Villagra da Silva Marques

Doutora em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUCSP (2022), Mestre em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUCSP (2002), bacharel em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Alta Paulista (1992), . Atualmente é Advogada e Perita em Propriedade Intelectual (TJSP). Atua também como Professora em Direito na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo desde 1999. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Internacional e Propriedade Intelectual, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: globalização, propriedade intelectual, marcas e patentes, direito internacional, violações aos direitos humanos, efetividade do direito e refugiados.

She is currently a Lawyer and Expert in Intellectual Property (TJSP). She has also been a Professor of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo since 1999, with experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on International Law and Intellectual Property, working mainly on the following topics: globalization, intellectual property, trademarks and patents, international law, human rights violations, effectiveness of law and refugees.
