LUCIANA MARIN RIBAS

Doutora em Direitos Humanos pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo, USP (2019), Mestra em Direito Constitucional pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, PUC-SP (2014) onde também se graduou em Direito (2009). Trabalha, atualmente, na coordenadoria de extensões da FGV Direito SP. É ativista e assessora do Fórum da Cidade em Defesa da População em Situação de Rua de São Paulo. Atua como palestrante, professora e pesquisadora sobre temas envolvendo direitos humanos, educação em direitos e políticas públicas.

PhD in Human Rights at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP), Master in Constitutional Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, PUC-SP (2014) where she also graduated in Law (2009). Researcher at the Luiz Gama Human Rights Clinic (USP). Currently, she works at FGV Direito SP. She has experience in the areas of Human Rights and Public Law, working mainly as a researcher, legal consultant and lawyer. She is a lecturer and teacher on issues involving access to justice, effectiveness of rights and fundamental guarantees, exercise of citizenship, education in rights, transparency of public administration and dialogue among justice institutions.
