Professor licensed by the Special Graduate Program for Teacher Training for Professional Education (PEG) - Full Degree, by the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM, RS, 2015); Specialist in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy (UNINTER, PR, 2019); Specialist in Distance Education with Emphasis on Teaching and Tutoring at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS, 2013); Degree in Pedagogy from the University Center (ETEP-SP, 2021); Bachelor of Business Administration (University of Santo Amaro, SP, 2011). Participant of the GPKOSMOS Research Group - Research Group on Education in Digital Culture and Training Networks - UFSM/CNPq, until 2018, where he started research on new pedagogies in contemporary education, with emphasis on Waldorf pedagogy and its initial and continued contributions of teachers, in formal and non-formal contexts, in urban and peasant settings. Currently, she participates in the GEPEPp-Group of Studies and Practices in Education and Psychopedagogy, which prioritizes the following research themes: training and practice of the artificer educator; pedagogical crafts in training and teaching; ambience (bioecological; institutional, teaching, student, training, digital); resilience (teacher, student, digital); learning in the digital age; learning in/from digital teaching; teaching and learning in virtual, face-to-face and combined (hybrid) environments; training networks; teacher professional development; university pedagogies and innovation; educational management and innovation. She has experience in the field of Education, with an emphasis on education and new pedagogies, working mainly on the following topics: teacher education, innovation in the school context, Waldorf educator, artificer educator, digital technologies and communication. She performed in-person and distance tutoring activities, and the Pedagogical Coordination of Polo Universitário. She worked as Pedagogical Coordination at Escola Eu Adoto Montessori. She presides over Instituto Harmonia, a community institution for social promotion that operates on the outskirts of the city of Santa Maria, RS, Brazil. She is one of the leaders of the "Reference Center for Education and Human Training in the Brazilian Penitentiary System", which "is born from the dialogue between the applied human, social and social sciences, moved by researchers and students with the objective of walking along the paths of education and human formation with a magnifying glass in the current Brazilian penitentiary system?.

Participante do Grupo de Pesquisas GPKOSMOS -Grupo de Pesquisas em Educação na Cultura Digital e Redes de Formação - UFSM/CNPq, até 2018, onde iniciou pesquisas sobre as novas pedagogias na educação contemporânea, com destaque à pedagogia Waldorf e suas contribuições inicial e continuada de professores, em contextos formais e não formais, nas ambiências urbanas e campesinas. Atualmente, participa do GEPEPp - Grupo de Estudos e Práticas em Educação e Psicopedagogia, o qual prioriza as seguintes temáticas de pesquisa: formação e prática do educador artífice; artesanias pedagógicas na formação e docência; ambiência (bioecológica; institucional, docente, discente, formativa, digital); resiliência (docente, discente, digital); aprendizagens na era digital; aprendizagem na/da docência digital; ensino e aprendizagem em ambientes virtuais, presenciais e combinados (híbridos); redes de formação; desenvolvimento profissional docente; pedagogias universitárias e inovação; gestão educacional e inovação. Possui experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em educação e novas pedagogias, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: formação de professores, inovação no contexto escolar, educador Waldorf, educador artífice, tecnologias digitais e comunicação. Exerceu atividades de tutoria presencial e a distância, e a Coordenação Pedagógica de Polo Universitário. Exerceu atividade de Coordenação Pedagógica na Escola Eu Adoto Montessori. Preside o Instituto Harmonia, uma instituição comunitária de promoção social que atua na periferia da cidade de Santa Maria, RS, Brasil.
