Gabriel Cozendey Pereira Silva

Analista Sênior em Direito e Governança do Clima na Climate Policy Initiative e na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (CPI/PUC-Rio). Foi pesquisador bolsista no Instituto Max Planck de Direito Público Comparado e de Direito Internacional Público (Heidelberg, Alemanha). É bacharel em Direito pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) e mestre em Direito da Regulação pela Escola de Direito do Rio de Janeiro da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Direito Rio).

Former research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg, Germany). Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and an Academic Master's Degree in Regulation Law from the Rio de Janeiro Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito Rio).
