Luciano Zordan Piva

Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) em 2018, com estágio docente em 2016/1. Graduação na UFRGS em 2016. Pesquisador do NEF - Direito Empresarial, Recuperação de Empresas e Falências. De Agosto de 2013 a Junho de 2014, fez intercâmbio acadêmico na Lund University, na Suécia, onde estudou disciplinas de Direito e Economia. No segundo semestre de 2017, foi Visiting Scholar na University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign, oportunidade em que desenvolveu pesquisa com o Professor Aviram Amitai na área de Direito Societário e Fusões e Aquisições, além de ter sido aluno da disciplina de Bankruptcy ministrada pelo Professor Charles J. Tabb.

Studying Master's degree in Private Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Graduated with summa cum laude at UFRGS in 2016. In 2012, he founded the M&A Estudos, a group of studies with emphasis in Corporate Law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions. Since 2011, he is Researcher of the Research Group on Corporate Law, Corporate Recovery and Bankruptcy - NEF, under the coordination of Professor Gerson Branco. From August 2013 to June 2014, he did academic exchange at Lund University, Sweden, where he studied law and economics. In the second half of 2017, he was Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign, where he developed research with Professor Aviram Amitai in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, and was a student of Bankruptcy taught by Professor Charles J. Tabb.
