Adjunct Professor of Labor Procedural Law at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Law and Public Policy at the Federal University of Goiás (PPGDP/UFG). Doctor of Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Master in Human Rights from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Specialist in Constitutional Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). Postgraduate in Labor Law and Social Security from the European University of Rome (Italy). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1998). He was previously Director of Informatics at ANAMATRA (2013-2015 biennium). He was a member of the CSJT/TST's National Committee for the Eradication of Child Labor. Former President of AMATRA-18 (2011-2013 biennium). Former President of the Goiás Institute of Labor Law (2007/2009 biennium). He taught, among other educational institutions, at PUC-GO and FASAM, for Undergraduate, and for Post-Graduation "Lato sensu" at PUC/GO, FASAM and IPOG. His bibliographic production includes articles, books (including organization) and published book chapters. He is Titular No. 3 of the Goiana Academy of Law. He is currently Head Judge of the Labor Court of São Luís de Montes Belos-GO (TRT-18th Region-Goiás). He is also Assistant Judge of ENAMAT/TST. He is President of the Structuring Teaching Nucleus (NDE) of the Faculty of Law at UFG. He was Pedagogical Coordinator of the TRT Judicial School of the 18th Region, he was also Research Coordinator of the Faculty of Law at UFG, member of the Research Ethics Committee of UFG and the Internal Committee of PIBIC-UFG. He is currently Assistant Judge of the Vice-Presidency and Regional Internal Inspector of the Regional Labor Court of Goiás (18th Region).

Já foi Diretor de Informática da ANAMATRA (biênio 2013-2015). Foi Membro da Comissão Nacional de Erradicação do Trabalho Infantil do CSJT/TST. Ex-Presidente da AMATRA-18 (biênio 2011-2013). Ex-Presidente do Instituto Goiano de Direito do Trabalho (biênio 2007/2009). Lecionou, entre outras instituições de ensino, na PUC-GO e na FASAM, para Graduação, e para a Pós-Graduação "Lato sensu" na PUC/GO, na FASAM e no IPOG. Sua produção bibliográfica inclui artigos, livros (incluindo organização) e capítulos de livros publicados. É o Titular nº 3 da Academia Goiana de Direito. Atualmente é Juiz Titular da Vara do Trabalho de São Luís de Montes Belos-GO (TRT-18ª Região-Goiás). Foi Juiz Auxiliar Direção da ENAMAT/TST (de março de 2020 a outubro de 2022). É Presidente do Núcleo Docente Estruturante (NDE) da Faculdade de Direito da UFG. Foi Coordenador Pedagógico da Escola Judicial do TRT da 18ª Região, também foi Coordenador de Pesquisa da Faculdade de Direito da UFG, membro do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da UFG e do Comitê Interno do PIBIC-UFG. Atualmente é Juiz Auxiliar da Vice-Presidência e da Corregedoria Regional do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho de Goiás (18ª Região).
