Sandro Luiz Alves de Moura

Master in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rondônia - UNIR. Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences from the Municipal University of Taubaté. He is currently University Professor of the Inter-American Faculty of Porto Velho and Police Delegate. He received honors for the services rendered being recognized by the Legislative Assembly of the State and by the State Council of the Rights of the Child and the Adolescent. Postgraduate degree from the Escola Paulista da Magistratura - EPM and the National Secretariat of Public Security - SENASP, in the areas of Procedural Law and Public Security, respectively. Participated in public contest benches and is a Contestary Instructor of the Civil Police Academy of the State of Rondônia.

Mestre em Administração pela Universidade Federal de Rondônia - UNIR. Graduado em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Universidade Municipal de Taubaté. Atualmente é Professor Universitário do Centro Universitário Aparício Carvalho, em Porto Velho e Delegado de Polícia Civil. Recebeu honrarias pelos serviços prestados sendo reconhecido pela Assembléia Legislativa do Estado e pelo Conselho Estadual dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente. Pós Graduado pela Escola Paulista da Magistratura - EPM e pela Secretaria Nacional de Segurança Pública - SENASP, nas áreas de Direito Processual e Segurança Pública, respectivamente. Participou de bancas de concurso público e é Instrutor Titular Concursado da Academia de Polícia Civil do Estado de Rondônia.
