William Torres Laureano da Rosa

Doutor em Relações Internacionais pela University of Sussex (Brighton. Inglaterra), professor convidado do PPGRI San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP) e pesquisador do Instituto Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia para Estudos sobre os EUA (INCT-INEU). Possui graduação em Relações Internacionais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2009), graduação em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo (2008) e mestrado em Relações Internacionais pelo PPGRI San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP) em 2011. Atuou como coordenador do setor de proteção legal do Centro de Referência para Refugiados da Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo e, atualmente é Assistente Sênior de Elegibilidade do Escritório do ACNUR em São Paulo. Tem experiência na área de Direito e Relações Internacionais, atuando principalmente nos temas de: direitos humanos, regimes internacionais, excepcionalismo americano, refúgio e migrações. .

UK), visiting lecturer at the PPGRI San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP) and researcher at the National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the USA (INCT-INEU). Graduated in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2009), in Law from the University of São Paulo (2008) and held a master's degree in International Relations from PPGRI San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP) in 2011. Worked as coordinator of the legal protection sector of the Refugee Reference Center of Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo and, currently, he is Senior Eligibility Assistant at the UNHCR Office in São Paulo. He has experience in the area of Law and International Relations, acting mainly on the themes of: human rights, international regimes, American exceptionalism, refugee law and migration.
