Marina Zanatta Ganzarolli

Doutoranda e Mestra em Direito pelo Departamento de Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (2013-2016). Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo (FDUSP) (2006-2011). É pesquisadora do Núcleo de Direito e Democracia (NDD) do Centro Brasileiro de Análise e Planejamento (CEBRAP) (2008-). É cofundadora da DeFEMde - Rede Feminista de Juristas e Assessora para Assuntos LGBTI da ABMCJ-SP. Foi pesquisadora júnior na Escola de Direito da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EDESP) (2007-2008) e integrante do grupo PET-Sociologia Jurídica (2007-2011) com bolsa de pesquisa da SESu/MEC (2008-2009). Foi bolsista de iniciação científica pela FAPESP (2010-2011) na área de direito e gênero, da DAAD (Serviço Alemão de Intercambio Acadêmico) em Fundamentos do Direito Alemão na Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität em Munique, Alemanha (2009-2011) e do Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs do United States Department na State University of Tennessee (UT) em Knoxville, EUA (2008). Atualmente desenvolve pesquisa em teoria geral do direito e sociologia do direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: processos de juridificação de demandas sociais feministas e LGBTIs e as relacões entre movimentos sociais e direito, estudos aplicados aos campos das relações de gênero e de diversidade sexual.

Co-founder of DeFEMde - Feminist Network of Jurists and Advisor for LGBTI Affairs at ABMCJ-SP. She was a junior researcher at the Law School of Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EDESP) (2007-2008) and member of the group PET-Sociologia Jurídica (2007-2011) with a research grant from SESu / MEC (2008-2009). She was a FAPESP (2010-2011) scholar in the area of ​​law and gender, from the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) on Fundamentals of German Law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany (2009-2011) and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department at State University of Tennessee (UT) in Knoxville, USA (2008). She is currently working on research in general theory of law and sociology of law, working mainly on the following topics: feminist and LGBTI social demands for juridification and the relations between social movements and law, applied studies in the fields of gender relations and sexual diversity.
