Rafaela Sturmer has a degree in Languages Portuguese/English from UEPG, currently holds a master's degree in Physical Education, in the Sports, Leisure and Society research line from UFPR, postgraduate degree in Physical Activity and Health from UNICENTRO, extension in Education and Cultural Diversity and in Solution Humanitarian Education. She currently works as an English teacher in regular elementary and high school and EJA and also as a Training instructor for the World of Work at the Non-Profit Entity Espro- Vocational Social Education at the Curitiba branch.
Rafaela is the creator of the Critical Thinking Project - Closing the gap between discourse and practice. She creates and develops workshops, experiences, lectures and classes for teachers and students from public schools. As well as performance metrics and feedback ratings. It also produces content for social networks, videos, carousels and texts.
Rafaela Sturmer é formada em Letras Português/ Inglês pela UEPG, atualmente é mestre em Educação Física, na linha de pesquisa de Esporte, Lazer e Sociedade pela UFPR, pós-graduada em Atividade Física e Saúde pela UNICENTRO, extensão em Educação e Diversidade Cultural e em Educação Humanitária Solucionária. Atualmente trabalha como professora de inglês no ensino fundamental e médio regular e EJA e também como instrutora de Formação para o Mundo do Trabalho na Entidade Sem Fins Lucrativos Espro- Ensino Social Profissionalizante na filial Curitiba.
Rafaela é a idealizadora do Projeto Pensar Crítico - Diminuindo a distância entre discurso e prática.
Desenvolve e ministra oficinas, vivências, palestras e aulas para professores e alunos de escolas da rede pública de ensino. Assim como as métricas e avaliações de feedback das apresentações. Produz também conteúdo para redes sociais, vídeos, carrosséis e textos com temáticas educacionais, metodológicas e reflexivas.
