Josué Emilio Möller is Professor of Ethics, History and Philosophy of Law; Political Science, Theory of the State and the Constitution; and Consensual Means of Conflict Resolution at the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA) - Campus of Guaíba/RS. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal and Social Sciences - Law from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) - 2002, a Master's in Law from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2004), and a PhD in Comparative Legal and Political-Social Systems from the Università degli Studi del Salento - Lecce/Italy (Dottore di Ricerca/PhD), as Scholarship Researcher of the European Union High Level Scholarship Program for Latin America - ALBAN/EU (2005-2012). Specialist in Digital Technologies Applied to Education at the Lutheran University of Brazil - ULBRA (2022). Coordinator of the Law Course at the Lutheran University of Brazil (ULBRA) on the Guaíba campus and Coordinator of the Distance Learning Law Course at ULBRA (in the process of being authorized).
