Cristiane Leao de Castro

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (2007). Master in Social Sciences, Psychology and Education pillar at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland (2018). Has experience in Law and Education, focusing on Human Rights, acting on the following subjects: critical criminology, Human Rights, Labor Law, Historical Cultural Psychology, Critical Pedagogy. She worked 3 and a half years at the Aparecida de Goiânia Penitentiary Complex at the Evaluation and Expertise Center. During this period made several artistic interventions with the prisionners of this establishment as well as with the adolescents in conflict with the law through the Theater of the Oppressed, Music, Cinema and Photography. Is currently a Judiciary Analyst, judicial area of ​​the Regional Labor Court of the 18th Region. was a member of the Accessibility Commission and the Socio-Environmental Responsibility Commission, both of the TRT of the 18th region. Was the manager of the Cesam Adolescents training project. Participated in the Human Rights Research Group of the Human Rights Research Center of the Federal University of Goiás. Was a teatcher at "Sementes" a school of Brazilian Language and Culture in Switzerland. Participated in scientific projects at the University of Neuchâtel

Possui graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (2007). Concluiu um mestrado em Ciências Sociais, pilar Psicologia e Educação na Universidade de Neuchâtel na Suiça (2018). Tem experiência na área de Direito e na área da Educação, com ênfase em Direitos Humanos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: criminologia crítica, Direitos Humanos, Direito do Trabalho, Psicologia Histórico Cultural, Pedagogia Critica. Trabalhou 3 anos e meio no Complexo Penitenciário de Aparecida de Goiânia na Central de Avaliação e Perícia. Neste período realizou diversas intervenções artísticas com os reeducandos deste estabelecimento bem como com os adolescentes em conflito com a lei por meio do Teatro do Oprimido, Música, Cinema e Fotografia. Atualmente é Analista Judiciário, área judiciária do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 18ª Região. Foi membro da Comissão de Acessibilidade e da Comissão de Responsabilidade Sócio-Ambiental., ambas do TRT da 18ª região. Foi gestora do projeto de formação dos Adolescentes do Cesam. Participou do grupo de pesquisa em Direitos Humanos do Núcleo de Pesquisa em Direitos Humanos da Universidade Federal de Goiás. Foi professora na escola Sementes, de língua e cultura brasileira na Suiça. Participou de projetos científicos na Universidade de Neuchâtel.
