Fábio Lima Custódio, has a Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences, with specialization in Genetics, by the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2000) and received his Ph.D. in Computational Modeling at the Laboratório Nacional de Computação Científica (2008) where he stayed during his post-doc. Currently he is a technologist at the Laboratório Nacional de Computação Científica, were he teaches graduation courses and contributes in several research projects. His field of research includes Molecular Modeling, Evolutionary Computation and High Performance Computing. His contributions are mainly in Protein Structure Prediction and Genetic Algorithms.
Possui graduação em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2000) e doutorado em Modelagem Computacional - Laboratório Nacional de Computação Científica (2008). Atualmente é tecnologista no Laboratório Nacional de Computação Científica. Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação, com ênfase em Biologia Computacional, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: predição de estrutura de proteínas, algoritmos genéticos e modelagem molecular.
