Celso de Oliveira Santos

Doutorando em Direito Internacional pela UERJ com fomento da Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ), e Mestre em Direito Interancional e Comparado pela FDUSP, graduado em Direito pela UFRRJ-ITR. Estagiário-docente do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Direito Internacional da UERJ (NEPEDI/UERJ). Pesquisador do Observatorio de Reformas Políticas en América Latina (vinculado ao Instituto de Investigacions Jurídicas da Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico e à SFD/OEA). Membro da Comissão dos Direitos dos Imigrantes e Refugiados e da Comissão de Relações Internacionais da OAB/SP e da Comissão da Diversidade Sexual e de Gênero da OAB/RJ. Coordenador-Adjunto do Núcleo Democracia, Direitos Humanos e Direito Internacional no Centro Internacional de Direitos Humanos de São Paulo, e membro da Sub-Comissão Regime Constitucional e Responsabilidade Internacional, ambos vinculados à Cadeira San Tiago Dantas da Academia Paulista de Direito. Pesquisador Honorário do Núcleo de Estudos sobre Tribunais Internacionais da FD-USP.

PhD Candidate in International Law from UERJ funded by the Carlos Chagas Filho Foundation for Research Support in the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ), and Master in International and Comparative Law from FDUSP, graduated in Law from UFRRJ-ITR. Teaching intern at the Center for Studies and Research in International Law at UERJ (NEPEDI/UERJ). Researcher at the Observatory of Political Reforms in Latin America (attached to the Legal Investigations Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the SFD/OEA). Member of the Committee on the Rights of Immigrants and Refugees and the Committee on International Relations of the OAB/SP and the Committee on Sexual and Gender Diversity of the OAB/RJ. Deputy Coordinator of the Nucleus Democracy, Human Rights and International Law at the International Center for Human Rights of São Paulo, and member of the Sub-Commission Constitutional Regime and International Responsibility, both linked to the San Tiago Dantas Chair of the Paulista Academy of Law. Honorary Researcher at the Center for Studies on International Courts at FD-USP.
