Marcos Vander Costa da Cunha

Master in Management, focused on Public Management - strategic management of organizations, Faculdade de Estudos Administrativos de Minas Gerais (2013). Graduated in Law from Tiradentes University (2012) and Accounting Sciences from Universidade Tiradentes (2005). A lawyer active in the field of Public Administration and Electoral Law, for more than 5 years, he was the Attorney General of Moita Bonita/SE and, among other functions at the state level, he was COHIDRO President and Deputy Secretary of State. He is currently a university professor at the Faculdade de Administração e Negócios de Sergipe (FANESE), managing partner of Vander Costa Advocacia and director of the Legislative School of the City Council of Aracaju.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Tiradentes (2012), graduação em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Tiradentes (2005), mestre em Administração pela Faculdade de Estudos Administrativos de Minas Gerais (2013) e doutorando em direito na Universidade Federal da Bahia(2023). Atualmente é professor universitário da FACULDADE DE SERGIPE (FASER), diretor da ESCOLA DO LEGISLATIVO DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE ARACAJU e sócio administrador da empresa Vander Costa Advocacia.
