Irene Carolina Sousa Justiniano

Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2018). Master and PhD student at the Postgraduate Program in Health and Nutrition (Research line: Collective Health) at the Federal University of Ouro Preto. She has experience in the area of Collective Health and Nutrition, working mainly on the following themes: Food Environment, Nutritional Epidemiology and Health Promotion. She is a member of the Group of Studies, Research and Practices in Food Environment and Health (GEPPAAS-UFMG); Research Group on Nutrition Interventions (GIN - UFMG); and the Research and Studies Group on Nutrition and Public Health (GPENSC - UFOP).

Nutricionista graduada pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2018). Mestra e doutoranda pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Saúde e Nutrição (Linha de pesquisa: Saúde Coletiva) da Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. Tem experiência na área de Saúde Coletiva e Nutrição, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Ambiente Alimentar, Epidemiologia Nutricional, Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional e Promoção da Saúde. É pesquisadora do Grupo de Estudos, Pesquisas e Práticas em Ambiente Alimentar e Saúde (GEPPAAS - UFMG), do Grupo de Pesquisa de Intervenções em Nutrição (GIN - UFMG), do Grupo de Pesquisa e Estudos em Nutrição e Saúde Coletiva (GPENSC - UFOP) e do projeto SALURBAL (Drexel University; Fiocruz-RJ).
