Mestre em Desenvolvimento Local em Contexto de Territorialidade e Dinâmicas Socioambientais, pela Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (2010). Especialista em Educação a Distância pelo Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial de Mato Grosso do Sul (2011) e em Gestão Hospitalar e Saúde Pública pela Universidade de Ribeirão Preto (1998). Graduada em Administração de Empresas com Ênfase em Análise de Sistemas pela Universidade para o Desenvolvimento do Estado e da Região do Pantanal, UNIDERP (1994). Participação em bancas de graduação e pós graduação e elaboração de questões para concursos públicos e seleções. Instrutora e Consultora do Sebrae MS nas áreas de Marketing e Vendas, Gestão da Produção e Qualidade (2010 a 2015). Professora universitária desde 2003.

Currently it co-ordinates the courses of Technology in Marketing and Technology in Management and Average Small Marketing of e Companies of the Center of Education in the distance of the Anhanguera-Uniderp University. It participates actively of questions related to the Superior Education in the State of Mato Grosso of the South, by means of participation of Verifying Commissions of the institutions of Superior Education, the jurisdiction of the State System of Education of Mato Grosso of the South. It possesss experience in enterprise consultoria in the areas of Business administration, over all related the Marketing and Human resources, and in institucional assessorship in Education in the distance and Local Development.
