Atualmente é sócio fundador - CS Advocacia e Consultoria Juridica, professor visitante do Instituto Pan Americano de Educação, Ciências e Cultura, professor visitante do Instituto Nacional de Ensino, Sociedade e Pesquisa, secretário da comissão de prerrogativas - OAB Subseccional Paulista, corregedoria - auxiliar - Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Pernambuco, sócio fundador - Souza & Rivera Advogados, voluntário do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Direito, voluntário da Faculdade de Direito do Sul de Minas e professor no mestrado internacional - Universidad Columbia del Paraguay. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Teoria do Direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direitos fundamentais, legalidade, principios, provas e constituinte.
