Denise Martins Moretti

Advogada, graduada em Direito (2006) e Mestre em Direitos Humanos (2013) pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Atuação nas áreas de Direitos Humanos, Teoria do Estado e Direito Educacional, com pesquisas sobre o direito à educação, em especial, sobre o ensino superior brasileiro.

Lawyer, graduated in Law (2006) and Master of Human Rights (2013) from the Faculty of Law, University of São Paulo (USP). Expertise in the areas of Human Rights, Theory of State and Law Education, with research on the right to education, in particular on higher education in Brazil.
