Vinicius Garcia Vieira

Bachelor in Law for the Federal University of Santa Maria (2006). Specialist in Civil Procedural Law for the Foundation University of the South of Santa Catarina - UNISUL - and Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law - IBDP. Master in Latin American Integration for the Federal University of Santa Maria. Currently is researcher at the Research Group on Sociobiodiversity Law, especifically, the relation between intelectual property rights and protection of biodiversity and teacher of law in the Santa Maria Palotine Faculty. It plays the function of assessor in the Federal Justice Judiciary Section of the Rio Grande Do Sul, in the 1st Federal Court Subsection of Santa Maria.

É bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2006). Especialista em Processo Civil pela Fundação Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL - e Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual - IBDP. Mestre em Integração Latino-Americana pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Atualmente é pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Direito da Sociobiodiversidade (GPDS), com enfoque na relação entre direitos de propriedade intelectual e proteção da biodiversidade, e professor horista na Faculdade Palotina de Santa Maria-RS (FAPAS). Desempenha a atividade de servidor público na Justiça Federal Seção Judiciária do Rio Grande do Sul, Subseção de Santa Maria.
