Graduated in LAW from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (1989), Master's in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1996) and Ph.D. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). He is currently a full professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (where he teaches undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctoral courses), Professor at the School of Magistrature of the State of Paraná. Member of the Special Commission on Consumer Law of the Federal Council of the OAB, member of the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science - São Paulo, member of the Board of Directors of the MANAGEMENT COUNCIL OF THE STATE CONSUMER DEFENSE FUND and chairman of the Consumer Law Commission - ORDEM DOS ADVOGADOS DO BRASIL - PARANÁ SECTION. Director of BRASILCON. Has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Collective Rights, Civil Law and New Rights, working mainly on the following topics: consumer law, consumer protection code, protection of the vulnerable, prevention and treatment of over-indebtedness, conscious and sustainable consumption, post consumption, contracts, electronic contracts, electronic law, digital law, law and new technologies.
Possui graduação em DIREITO pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1989), mestrado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1996) e doutorado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2000). Atualmente é professor titular da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (onde leciona na graduação, especialização, mestrado e doutorado), Professor da Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Paraná. Membro da Comissão Especial de Direito do Consumidor do Conselho Federal da OAB, sócio da Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência - São Paulo, conselheiro titular do CONSELHO GESTOR DO FUNDO ESTADUAL DE DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR e presidente comissão de Direito do consumidor - ORDEM DOS ADVOGADOS DO BRASIL - SECCIONAL DO PARANÁ. Diretor do BRASILCON. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direitos Coletivos, Direito Civil e Novos Direitos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direito do consumidor, código de defesa do consumidor, proteção de vulneráveis, prevenção e tratamento do superendividamento, consumo consciente e sustentável, pós consumo, contratos, contratos eletrônicos, direito eletrônico, direito digital, direito e novas tecnologias.
