Carolina Corrêa de Carvalho

Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) since 2015 at the Center for Engineering, Modeling and Applied Social Sciences (CECS), graduated in 2022 from the International Professional Teacher Education (IPTE) at the HAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finland), hold a post-graduate internship at HAMK UAS in the subject of Education and Pedagogical Innovation in Finnish Higher Education (from 2017 to 2018), Ph.D. (2013) and Master (2010) in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on transport in the subjects of vehicle routing and benchmark analysis at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and undergraduate (2008) in Food Engineering at the University of São Paulo (USP). With experience as adjunct coordinator of the Open University of Brazil UAB / UFABC for the CAPES program and as responsible for the design and educational innovation division at the Educational Nucleus of Technologies and Languages - NETEL of UFABC (2019 to 2021). Research interests in the education field: teacher training, teaching with technologies, teaching and learning, student counseling and guidelines, sustainable development in higher education, and transformation and modernization of higher education institutions. Research interests in engineering: supply chain management, logistics and transport, operational research, performance analysis (benchmarks), and transport terminals.

Professora Adjunta da Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC) desde 2015 no Centro de Engenharia, Modelagem e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas (CECS), graduada em 2022 no Programa Internacional de Formação Profissional de Professores da HAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finlândia), com o estágio pós doutoral na HAMK UAS no tema de Educação e Inovação Pedagógica no Ensino Superior Finlandês (2017 a 2018), com Doutorado (2013) e Mestrado (2010) em Engenharia Civil com ênfase em transportes nos temas de roteirização de veículos e análise de desempenho pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) e graduação (2008) em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Possuo experiencia como coordenadora adjunta da Universidade Aberta do Brasil UAB/UFABC pelo programa CAPES e como responsável pela divisão de design e inovação educacional no Núcleo Educacional de Tecnologias e línguas - NETEL da UFABC (2019 a 2021). Interesses de pesquisa na área de educação: formação de professores, ensino com tecnologias, ensino e aprendizagem, aconselhamento e diretrizes de estudantes, desenvolvimento sustentável no ensino superior e, transformação e modernização do ensino superior. Interesses de pesquisas em engenharia: gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, logística e transportes, pesquisa operacional, análise de desempenho (benchmarks) e terminais de transportes.
