Has specialized in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catótila University of Campinas (2004) and also in Organizational Marketing for the Extension School of the State University of Campinas - Unicamp EXTECAMP (2007). He is Professor JAGUARIÚNA COLLEGE Assistant - FAJ (Educational Institute Jaguari - IEJ), from February 2, 2004, teaching the subjects of Constitutional Law, Labor Law, Legal Practice - Civil Resources for Undergraduate Program in Law; and Public Law and Private Institutions, Social Legislation and Tax, Business and Corporate Law and Expertise, Mediation and Arbitration for undergraduate courses in Business Administration and Accounting. Worked as Advisor in the Office of Legal Business of Jaguariúna municipal authorities from 2005 to 2008. In addition to the academic activity, atuamente holds the position of Director of the Secretariat of the Advisory Department of Legal Affairs of the Municipality of Jaguariúna City Hall and is Office partner Cato and VIGATTO LAW FIRM performing legal advice and consultancy in Real Estate Development, housing developments, condominiums and Environmental areas, Business, Family and Succession.

Professor Assistente do Centro Universitário de Jaguariúna - UniFaj (Instituto Educacional Jaguari - IEJ pertencente ao Grupo UNIEDUK), desde 02 de fevereiro de 2004, lecionando as disciplinas de Direito Econômico e Tributário e Direito Constitucional no Curso de Direito; Ex-Secretário de Negócios Jurídicos, Diretor Consultivo e Assessor na Secretaria de Negócios Jurídicos da Prefeitura do Município de Jaguariúna no período de 2005 a 2008 e 2013 a 2016. Atualmente exerce o cargo de Secretário de Planejamento Urbano da Prefeitura do Município de Jaguariúna (início de 01.01.2017); Sócio do escritório Catão e Vigatto Sociedade de Advogados realizando assessoria e consultoria jurídica em Incorporações Imobiliárias, Loteamentos, Condomínios e na áreas Ambiental, Empresarial, Família e Sucessões.
