É professor de Direito Internacional do MBA em Estudos Estratégicos e Relações Internacionais da Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) para os alunos do Curso de Aperfeiçoamento Avançado (CApA) do Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais da Marinha do Brasil. Foi estagiário docente como Professor Mestrando na matéria de Direito Internacional do Curso de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). Foi Tutor da graduação do curso de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF.)
