Doutor em História pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2007). Professor Associado da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Experiências e Processos Sociais - GPEPS (CNPQ). Professor credenciado no Corpo Permanente da Pós-Graduação em História no INHIS/UFU (Instituto de História) e no Corpo Permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação na FACED/UFU (Faculdade de Educação), Linha Trabalho, Sociedade e Educação (TSE). Componente do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (UFU). Fundador e componente do Laboratório de História do Trabalho, da Educação e da Violência (LAHTEV/INHIS/UFU).Tem experiência na área de História, com ênfase em História Social e História Oral, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: juventude, movimentos e experiências sociais, educação, trabalho, modos de vida de trabalhadores. He has experience in History, with emphasis in History of Brazil and Oral History, working mainly in the following subjects: youth, social experiences, work, ways of life and workers' culture.
