Graduated in Sciences at the University Center of Brasília (1986), Graduated in Biology at the Federal University of Paraíba (1988), Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Pedagogy at the Albert Einstein Faculty of Brasília (2009), Bachelor's in Biology at the Faculty da Terra de Brasília (2010) and a degree in Law from Centro Universitário IESB (2017). She specializes in Philosophy of Education, Inclusive Education, Public Management, Educational Guidance, Libras, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (MTC). He holds a Master's degree in Education in the area of ADHD from the Universidad de los Pueblos de Europa - UPE (Spain), a Doctor Honoris Causa in Theological Education from the Theological Society for Teaching and Research and a Doctor in Education from the Universidad de la Empresa - UDE (Uruguay ), REVALIDATED BY THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF UBERLÂNDIA - UFU IN 2014. Professor at the Resource Room of the State Department of Education of the Federal District, Ceilândia and Brasília region. He has been an arbitrator for the Federal District Arbitration Chamber - CADF since 2008, he has been a Floral Therapist, Auriculotherapist and Acupuncturist since 2013. He is a speaker on topics on Inclusive Education, as well as other topics related to Arbitration Law, Mediation and Conciliation. He has experience in the areas of General Biology, Inclusive Education, with an emphasis on Genetics and in the areas of Specific Disorders, as well as in the areas of mediation, conciliation and arbitration. He has been an Appraiser at the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira - INEP/MEC since July 2017. He has had the Professional Journalism Registration since November 2021. He has also served as School Counselor at SEEDF, in the position of President. Currently retired from SEEDF.

Professor da Sala de Recursos da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal, região Ceilândia e Brasília. Atua como árbitro pela Câmara Arbitral do Distrito Federal - CADF desde 2008, é Terapeuta Floral, Auriculoterapeuta e Acupunturista desde 2013. É palestrante dos temas sobre Educação Inclusiva, bem como outros temas relacionados com o Direito Arbitral, Mediação e Conciliação. Tem experiência nas áreas de Biologia Geral, Educação Inclusiva, com ênfase em Genética e nas áreas de Transtornos Específicos, bem como nas áreas de mediação, conciliação e arbitragem. É Avaliador pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - INEP/MEC desde de julho de 2017. Possui o Registro Profissional de Jornalismo desde de novembro de 2021. Também, já exerceu a função de Conselheiro Escolar de Escola da SEEDF, no cargo de Presidente. Atualmente aposentado da SEEDF.
