Nathana Lazzarotto Cristofoli
Graduated and master in Food Engineering. PhD student in Food Biotechnology at Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development (MED) by University of Algarve in partnership with the Associated Laboratory CICECO by the University of Aveiro and the Center for Marine Sciences (CCMAR). The PhD project contemplates the production of a smart biodegradable film from microalgae waste and pigments. She was a research fellow in the Algared Plus project (CCMar/UAlg).
