Maria Bueno Barbosa

Holds a PhD (2017) and a Master's (2008) in Public Law, in the research line "Human Rights, Integration Processes and Constitutionalization of International Law"; degree in Law (2010) and International Relations (2004), all at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais / PUC Minas. She is a professor of International Negotiations in the Course of International Relations at IBMEC / BH and Professor of Human Rights and Technology in the Post-Graduation in Law and Technology at Faculdade Arnaldo. She was Chief-Advisor for National and International Cooperation in the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, where she also served as content curator at the International Fair of Innovation, Science and Technology (FINIT) at the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Higher Education) (SEDECTES) from the State of Minas Gerais, she is an appraiser of the Movimento 100 Open Startups, Lawyer registered at the Brazilian Bar Association Minas Gerais Section, where she serves as a member of the Law Commission for Startups. She was an undergraduate and graduate professor in several higher education institutions, has experience in the field of Public International Law and International Relations, participates in the organization of the Global Legal Hackathon - Beagá since the first edition (2018), has been a researcher at FAPEMIG, CAPES and FUNDEP. (2015-2016) and research fellow at CEDIN (Center de Droit International de Nanterre), at Université Paris X. Men author and organizer of national and international technology, innovation and entrepreneurship events.

Possui Doutorado (2017) e Mestrado (2008) em Direito Público, na linha de pesquisa "Direitos Humanos, Processos de Integração e Constitucionalização do Direito Internacional"; graduação em Direito (2010) e Relações Internacionais (2004), todos na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais/PUC Minas. É professora titular no Curso de Relações Internacionais do Ibmec/BH. Foi Assessora-Chefe de Cooperação Nacional e Internacional no Governo do Estado de Minas Gerais, onde também atuou como curadora de conteúdo da Feira Internacional de Inovação, Ciência e Tecnologia (FINIT), na Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior (SEDECTES) do Estado de Minas Gerais, é avaliadora do Movimento 100 Open Startups, Advogada inscrita na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Seção Minas Gerais, onde atua como membro da Comissão de Direito para Startups. Foi professora da graduação e pós-graduação em diversas instituições de Ensino Superior. Tem experiência na área de Direito Internacional Público e Relações Internacionais. Participa da organização do Global Legal Hackathon - Beagá desde a primeira edição (2018). Já foi pesquisadora FAPEMIG, CAPES e FUNDEP. Ex-estagiária da UNESCO-Paris (2015-2016) e bolsista-pesquisadora no CEDIN (Centre de Droit International de Nanterre), na Université Paris X.
