Doutoranda em Direito Constitucional pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Fox Fellow junto ao MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies e Visiting Fellow no Information Society Project da Yale Law School, Yale University, EUA (2022-2023). Possui Mestrado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 2016). Possui Graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 2008). Foi pesquisadora na Escola de Direito do Rio de Janeiro da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito Rio, 2015-2019). Foi professora substituta de Teoria do Direito na Faculdade de Direito no Instituto de Economia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 2015). Foi bolsista do Projeto CNJ Acadêmico - parceria do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) com a Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), e bolsista do Programa de Excelência Acadêmica (Proex). Tem se dedicado ao estudo do processo decisório no Supremo Tribunal Federal.
