Maurício Zockun

Graduado em Direito pela PUC/SP (1997), Especialista em Direito Tributário pelo IBET-SP (2001). Mestre em Direito Tributário pela PUC/SP (2003). Doutor em Direito Administrativo pela PUC/SP (2009). Livre-docente em Direito Administrativo pela PUC/SP (2016). É professor no Bacharelado, Mestrado e Doutorado em Direito Administrativo na Faculdade de Direito da PUC/SP, bem como no Curso de Especialização em Direito Administrativo do COGEAE da PUC/SP. Foi Presidente do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Administrativo (IBDA) entre 2019 e 2022, é Vice-Presidente do Instituto de Direito Administrativo Paulista (IDAP), foi membro consultor da Comissão Especial de Direito Notarial e de Registros Públicos e Membro do Núcleo de Combate à Criminalização da Advocacia, no âmbito da Comissão Permanente de Direito Humanos, ambos da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Secção de São Paulo (OAB/SP), entre 2019 e 2021, associado à Asociación de Derecho Público del Mercosur e ao Instituto de Pesquisas Tributárias (IPT). Foi Presidente da Comissão especial de direito administrativo do Conselho Federal da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (CFOAB) entre 2013 e 2016, sendo sócio do escritório Zockun & Fleury Advogados e atuando profissionalmente nas áreas de Direito Constitucional, Administrativo, Tributário, Ambiental, Urbanístico e Financeiro.

Lecturer in Administrative Law at PUC/SP (2016). He is a professor at the Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law at PUC/SP, as well as at the Specialization Course in Administrative Law at COGEAE at PUC/SP. He was President of the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IBDA) between 2019 and 2022, is Vice-President of the Instituto de Direito Administrativo Paulista (IDAP), was a consultant member of the Special Commission on Notarial Law and Public Records and Member of the Nucleus to Combat Criminalization of Advocacy, within the scope of the Permanent Commission on Human Rights, both of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB/SP), between 2019 and 2021, associated with the Asociación de Derecho Público del Mercosur and the Institute of Tax Research (IPT). He was President of the Special Committee on Administrative Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (CFOAB) between 2013 and 2016, being a partner at Zockun & Fleury Advogados and working professionally in the areas of Constitutional, Administrative, Tax, Environmental, Urban and Financial.
