Pablo Patrick Duarte Fernandes

MSc in Environmental Law and Public Policy from the Federal University of Amapá, UNIFAP (2016). Graduated in Law from UNIFAP (2013). He is currently director of the acquisition commission of the Information Technology Management Center of the State of Amapá. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Public Law / Administrative Law, acquisition process, Human Rights and Consumer Law.

Mestre em Direito Ambiental e Políticas Públicas pela Universidade Federal do Amapá, UNIFAP (2016). Graduado em Direito pela UNIFAP (2013). Atua como Presidente e Pregoeiro da Comissão Permanente de Licitação do Centro de Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação do Estado do Amapá. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Público/Direito Administrativo, Licitações, Direitos Humanos e Direito do Consumidor.
