Luiz Antonio Mano Ugeda Sanches

Advogado e Geógrafo. Pós-doutor em Direito (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, UFMG) e doutor em Geografia (Universidade de Brasília, UnB). Doutorando em Direito (Universidade de Coimbra, FDUC). Mestre em Direito e em Geografia, ambos pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Bacharel em Direito (PUC/SP). Atua na investigação: (i) como Investigador Doutor na Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho; (ii) como Pesquisador da Chaire Normandie pour la Paix junto a Université Caen Normandie; e (iii) como Pesquisador Colaborador Sênior, junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia da Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Foi Investigador da rede Just-Side - Justiça e Sustentabilidade no Território para promoção de Justiça Territorial e Sustentabilidade das Políticas Públicas, coordenado pelo Instituto Jurídico da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra (FDUC); e professor de Direito da Energia na Universidade Cândido Mendes (UCAM/RJ). Ocupou funções de gestão em diversas empresas, associações e órgãos públicos do setor elétrico, do aeroportuário e de concessões de rodovias.

Currently a PhD candidate in Law (University of Coimbra, FDUC). Holds a Master's degree in Law and Geography, both from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Bachelor of Law from PUC/SP. Engaged in research: (i) as a Doctoral Researcher at the Law School of the University of Minho; (ii) as a Researcher at the Normandy Chair for Peace at the Université Caen Normandie; and (iii) as a Senior Collaborating Researcher at the Graduate Program in Geography at the University of Brasília (UnB). Formerly a Researcher for the Just-Side network - Justice and Sustainability in the Territory to promote Territorial Justice and Sustainability of Public Policies, coordinated by the Legal Institute of the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra (FDUC); and a professor of Energy Law at Cândido Mendes University (UCAM/RJ). Has held management positions in various companies, associations, and public agencies in the electricity, airport, and highway concessions sectors.
