Gabrielle Stricker do Valle

Gabrielle holds a Master's degree on the concentration area of Public Law, granted by the Postgraduate Program of the Law School of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with a CAPES-PROEX scholarship. She is bachelor in Law at the same university. She is interested in topics at the intersection between the history of law and criminal procedural law, such as jurisdiction, codification, state unification, procedure, formalism and juridical tecnicism. She eventually serves as a criminal lawyer.

Gabrielle é mestra na área de concentração de Direito do Estado, pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), com bolsa CAPES-PROEX. É bacharela em Direito pela mesma instituição. Tem interesse por temas na intersecção entre a História do Direito e o Direito Processual Penal, tais como jurisdição, codificação, unificação do Estado, procedimento, formalismo e tecnicismo jurídico. Atua esporadicamente como advogada.
