Doutor em Direito pela Universidade Veiga de Almeida - UVA. Mestre em Direito Público pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco - UFPE. Licenciado em Filosofia pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. Membro do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós graduação em Direito - CONPEDI. Consultor Legislativo da Câmara dos Deputados desde 1991. Palestrante e conferencista, especializado nos seguintes temas: relações de trabalho, direitos humanos, hermenêutica jurídica heideggo-gadameriana, filosofia no direito. Pesquisador do GGINNS - Research Group on Global Comparative Law: Governance, Innovation and Sustainability.

Master in Public Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE, Bachelor of Law XXXXXX. He is the President of the Pública - exclusive Trade Union Center of the Public Servants and of Sindilegis - Union of the Servants of the Federal Legislative Power and of the Court of Accounts of the Union and Legislative Consultant - Chamber of Deputies, since 1991. Lecturer specialized mainly in the following subjects: freedom of labor, constitutionalisation of Civil and Labor law, Civil and Labor law and its relations with Human Rights and legal hermeneutics
