Wellington Pereira Carneiro

Doutor em Relações Internacionais Pela Universidade de Brasilia, possui mestrado em International Human Rights Law - University of Oxford (Reino Unido - 2006) e mestrado em Direito Internacional - Roccisky Universitet Drujby Narodov (Moscou - 1996) concluiu a graduação em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais na Universidade do Vale do Paraíba (1992). Ingressou no servico das Nacoes Unidas em 2004 e serviu no Brasil, Sudao, Asia Central, Colombia, Libano e Angola. E pesquisador na área de Proteção Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, historia das relações internacionais, construcao da paz e crimes contra a humanidade que e o tema de seu livro publicado em 2015

PhD in International Relations byt the University of Brasilia. Holds an MA in International Human Rights Law from University of Oxford (2006) and a Master's of Laws at the Roccisky Universitet Drujby Narodov (1996) Moscow. Graduated in Law and social sciences from the University do Vale do Paraíba (1992). Joined the United Nations Civil Service in 2004 and served in Brazil, Sudan, Central Asia, Colombia, Lebanon and Angola. Researches permanently on the areas of International Protection of Human Rights, History of International Relations and peace building and crimes against humanity which is the topic of his book published in 2015.
